A proof will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct and check your junk folder.
Review the proof carefully and reply with any changes or approval.
If no response is received within 2 days, we will proceed with the order as per the emailed proof.
Once complete, your email address will be entered into the Australia Post portal, and you will receive tracking updates.

As these are handmade products, slight imperfections or colour variations may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the candle and are not considered faults.
Express Post/Courier is available at an additional charge.

We offer shipping Australia wide, to physical addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
