Pay Pal is used for all purchases through our website. If you do not have a Pay Pal account this is not a problem, you can still make credit card purchases through pay pal as a guest.
Pay Pal is a secure and easy platform and is the most recognized payment option available for online purchases.
For direct deposit payments, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide details of the items required and we can provide total costs and bank account details.
All prices are subject to change without notification. Payment of all items in full is required prior to goods being posted. All prices include 10% GST and are displayed in Australian dollars. The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. It’s user-friendly and secure, which means you can be sure that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.
At Giftables, we prefer Paypal – a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Mastercard or Visa.
We are also more than happy to accept payments via bank deposit, Allow 2-3 days for clearance. When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit please ensure you make a note of your name in the description/reference section. Please email payment confirmation to email@example.com .
Stock, Materials & Finish
At Giftables we endeavour to carry stock of all of our products, however as we also have a retail store and at times some goods may be temporarily unavailable. Should any item be unavailable at the time of ordering, you will be notified by email within 24 hours. Your order will be back ordered and all items will be posted together.
Products seen on the online catalogue do not always represent an identical colour match. Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
Many papers in our range are hand made and therefore the manufacturing process may result in variations between batches. This is completely out of our control. Samples are highly recommended should you wish to match specific colours.
At Giftables, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 14 days for an exchange*. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect orders. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Exchange credit amounts for any returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Posting items back to us will be at the customers cost.
Important: No returns on opened products, food/candy etc. Personalised order, bikinis/trunks cannot be returned. Clothing items can only be exchanged for like items.
Please note: It is your responsibility to check all quantities and items prior to purchasing. No refund will be issued for incorrect purchase or quantities, 14 day exchange only.

Giftables takes all necessary action to ensure that your stock is correct and checked prior to leaving our premises. However should there be an error in your order – ALL MISTAKES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER, after this time we accept no responsibility for any errors.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Please provide details via email to us including name, address, contact details, order number and description of the goods that are incorrect/missing. This will facilitate the replacements with minimal inconvenience.
Orders will be shipped on the same day or next working day where possible (for stock items – not personalised or invitation orders). Postage times will vary depending on your location, and will be sent from our Stepney Store, South Australia 5069. You can check estimated time frame at www.austpost.com.au. Lead times may vary leading up to Christmas and where public holidays may occur.
Please provide a phone number should we need to contact you regarding your order. As we also have a retail store, there maybe times where items are unavailable or sold out. We do our best to ensure the website is updated on a regular basis, however should your order be urgent, prior checking of stock availability is highly recommended.
Please ensure that you are available to sign/collect your goods to avoid additional delivery charges, if you are not available to collect them. Giftables will not be responsible for misplaced or stolen orders left at your premises under this arrangement.
We cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Registered Post and insurance is recommended for delicate items. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering especially around holiday periods such as Christmas.
Shipping costs from $9.95 for Australian orders only, delivered to an Australian address. All items will be posted via Australia Post regular mail or courier, which ever is the most economic. Tracking information is available on all parcel post and courier items. Some item which are sent via paded bag or envelopes are not trackable.
